That means that we are committed to a total replacement of any piece of Torin furniture free of cost if it does not live up to your expectations. We pride ourselves on always building things the best way we can. If you don’t like the item you’ve received, then the chances are that we won’t like it either. We will ship a replacement directly to you by courier.
